1、 Overview of LWGY Liquid Turbine Flow Meter
The LWGY series liquid intelligent turbine flowmeter consists of a turbine flow sensor and an intelligent display instrument that receives electrical pulse signals. Used to measure the volume flow rate and total amount of low viscosity liquids in closed pipelines; Widely used in sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, aviation, and scientific research.
2、 Structure and working principle of LWGY liquid turbine flowmeter
1. The structure of LWGY series liquid intelligent turbine flowmeter consists of the following two parts.
The working principle of the flowmeter is that when the measured liquid passes through the sensor, the impeller inside the sensor rotates with the help of the kinetic energy of the liquid. At this point, the impeller blades cause periodic changes in the magnetic resistance of the detection device, resulting in the induction of electrical pulse signals with frequencies proportional to the flow rate at both ends of the detection coil, which are amplified by an amplifier and transmitted remotely for output. Within the measurement range, the flow pulse frequency of the sensor is directly proportional to the volumetric flow rate, and this ratio is the instrument coefficient. Represented by K.
